Question here... What is the nature of the time fuze? On the main page, it looks like a cloth (hanky) outer containing a cord with a ball on the end. If this is just a simple friction igniter why not just a cord like found on many stick grenades?

Section 2 has info about what to do if the rod won't screw in.... any better translations?

Again, the nature of the fuze and how it works is a mystery. Are these trip wires, or is this a manually "command control" mine arrangement?
